2. Account and security

5. Intellectual property
TINNY, its software, brand, design, documentation, and content are owned by GERMAN REGALADO LLC or its licensors. These terms do not transfer intellectual-property rights in the platform. You retain rights to your submitted content and destination URLs, and represent that you have the necessary rights to use them.
6. Availability and third parties
We aim to keep the service available and secure, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. TINNY may perform maintenance, updates, or changes needed to improve or protect the service. We do not control or assume responsibility for third-party destinations.
7. Limitation of liability
