GERMAN REGALADO LLC operates TINNY and processes information needed to provide the link platform. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

We may collect account information, including name, email, and encrypted password; billing and payment-status information processed by payment providers; link, domain, campaign, and pixel configuration; and technical and analytics data produced by link use, such as date and time, IP address, referrer, browser, device, language, platform, and approximate location.
Do not include sensitive personal data in TINNY URLs, slugs, campaign names, or other fields unless you have a lawful basis to do so.

We use information to create and manage accounts and links; provide analytics, reports, and purchased features; process payments; prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats; respond to support requests; comply with legal obligations; and, where consent exists or applicable law permits, send marketing communications that you may unsubscribe from at any time.

We do not sell personal information.
